COR is also a root word for all the Latin and Romance words for heart and body.
We love wine because it is the perfect expression of the human condition; the fruit of the landscape producing not just food but an elixir which is delicious, healthful, expressive and with the potential for pain.
Wine is the perfect mix of agriculture, art and science – the things that set us aside as a species and speak to our evolution on this earth.

Tharsis Law is a Puget Sound-based law firm that represents private entities in development projects. We help clients with land use, permitting, contaminated properties, and real estate law.
It’s owned and run by a few urban cyclists with hundreds of thousands of miles in the saddle and countless hours in restaurants and cafes. They believe in creating a safe space where you can ask questions, eat good food, and meet new friends.
They cover the gamut of retail and service options from flats to fully custom builds and retrofits. For food, we make delicious sandwiches, salads, and snacks as well as weekend breakfast tacos and nightly beer and wine.
